Oitswilliam Pang Hardware, Web and Project Terms of Use

Welcome to Oitswilliam Pang website! Oitswilliam Pang is a person that lets things happen, hardware that were impossible real and make everything neumorphic. By using certain parts of projects made by Oitswilliam Pang, you need to agree to the Terms of Use which is explained below.

LIST OF DEFINITION

There are two ways to define Oitswilliam Pang: Oitswilliam Pang as a group can be known as OIWP, while Oitswilliam Pang as a person is known as Oitswilliam.
Projects include Hardware, which has original design and Mods. Mods are defined as modifications of other design group's projects. Media, which includes videos and Livestreams. And lastly, Legacy projects, formerly Bunny 350 Projects, defines recurring Minecraft projects and the obsolete projects.

CONDUCTING ACTIONS

By using Oitswilliam Pang website, downloading OIWP Minecraft projects to your smart device or your computer, or downloading OIWP brand assets to your smart device or your computer, you must agree OIWP Terms of Use. If you don't agree OIWP Terms of Use or the project's miscellaneous policies, you shall not use OIWP hardware or OIWP Website, and you may delete OIWP materials everywhere from your device.

Logos made by Oitswilliam Pang are copyrighted in proprietary license. Logos containing others' work may be copyrighted to them, meaning others, including fonts in OIWP logos, even when modified. Please read carefully about using the logo assets.

Oitswilliam Pang may change logos of the brand at any time, such as for resolving visual problems. (Project) Brands that are unreleased might not be obtainable.

You can use Oitswilliam Pang assets, including OIWP Projects for your video about Oitswilliam Pang projects, including the thumbnail. You may use Oitswilliam Pang assets to promote OIWP products, but you must add your manufacturer or supplier brand. Although Oitswilliam Pang / OIWP is not a brand, you may refer to their brand promotion policy if you are not in properties that are yours. You may not use Oitswilliam Pang assets for unlawful use such as, but not limited to; phishing, impersonation, or harass anyone, including Oitswilliam Pang himself.

You may not alter (shape-shifting or changing the proportion) of the logo, recolor, tear the bar emblem and the logotype in Oitswilliam Pang logo. The logo must shown its legibility by using either white version or black version, and with either colored bar or monochrome bar. Use the monochrome logo if there are color that may lose the logo's legibility. Use the multi-color if there is nothing happen. Oitswilliam Pang may reserve right to catch and request removal of violations of OIWP logo usages.

HARDWARE PROJECTS

Hardware Projects issued by Oitswilliam Pang are usually free and open-source. Some hardware projects are licensed under GPLV3 or Creative Commons, which do not apply Oitswilliam's Policies. But if you have caught someone selling Oitswilliam Pang released Hardware files including Mods for a paid cost, it is a scam, it is advised to stay away from them.

Restrictions for Oitswilliam Pang design projects with this as primary licensing agreement apply, you are not recommended to sell Oitswilliam Pang design projects' or products' printed parts, as it is meant to be printed or built from user's own machines. However you are allowed to pre-build and sell BOM parts that are otherwise risky for users to build these themselves, including batteries.

Please note that you may not use Oitswilliam Pang hardware under this document, including Mods for illegal or unlawful uses, including but not limited to cause any types of injury. You may also not use Oitswilliam Pang design hardware including Mods to build weapons, military defense products or simply products that are weaponized.

Oitswilliam Pang may reserve right to slightly change, majorly change, improve projects or discontinue the part by removing or discontinue the released project by archiving, you may read the project's update info to make sure if the part needs to be re-processed. Oitswilliam Pang may reserve rights to privatize original or non-mod projects, or create / make the region-lock for them when such project does not meet, but may violate the policy or laws of what the country's or region's department.

PCBS

PCBs (short of printed circuit boards) is an addition of Oitswilliam Pang's hardware design family. Some of the projects are licensed under GPLv3 license, which do not apply Oitswilliam's policies.

Restriction of PCBs made by Oitswilliam Pang with GPLv3 just prohibits rebranding with minimal to no modifications to the board hardware and requires crediting the original maker of the board hardware if remixed, modified or derived.

Restriction of PCBs made by Oitswilliam Pang with this as primary licensing agreement apply. Although you are allowed to modify / improve Oitswilliam's PCB, there are following conditions you must follow: 1. you are required to add your name, the company name or at least your username, 2. you are not allowed to remove Oitswilliam Pang logos, but you are allowed to rotate and move it away from drilling holes, and 3. if you want to publicly commercialize such product that is modified, it needs to be reviewed by Oitswilliam Pang for consistency, and let Oitswilliam Pang partner your company. You may not publicly commercialize OIWP PCB hardware without letting Oitswilliam know. Public commercialization includes selling publicly or to other people in any shopping platforms, and marketing. However, internal / private commercialization, such as sending to outsourcing production factories, do not count, we do not even have the apparatus to track down our files.

EARLY ACCESS

Early access content are things that are primarily be tested. Some of them did not have assembly manuals and thus been put in early access until a clearly instructed assembly manual has put. Oitswilliam does early access in two stages, alpha-stage early access and beta-stage early access.

Alpha-stage early access

Alpha-stage early access is the stage which is usually internal and where only followers of Oitswilliam Pang gain access to, use, test and torture the project, hardware or parts. These parts will receive minor changes throughout development. Non-followers may not access parts but can view the project or hardware inside social media platforms.

Oitswilliam Pang will not reveal the full name of the hardware, but testers can expose its full name via social media platforms. You may flag issues of the projects, hardware and parts in alpha-ea repository. You may not use these projects, hardware or parts for commercial use, both internal (unless explicitly specified by Oitswilliam Pang) and external, including but not limited to selling parts with or without any specified reason. You are not allowed to own projects, hardware or parts that are currently in alpha-stage early access unless when it goes outside alpha-stage. You are required ordered to delete the parts and the whole folder / repository of alpha-stage early access if you lose access to the repository you have violated the licensing policy or wanted to opt-out of testing.

Beta-stage early access

Beta-stage early access is the stage where all people can access to, use and test the hardware or parts. Hardware and parts in beta-stage early access do not follow the licensing policy from alpha-EA, will be in another licensing policy and thus users can own hardware and parts, even in forms during in alpha-EA. Commercial use and remix culture are condemned as there are constant changes, but Oitswilliam can't stop or literally prohibit them from happening.

Unless without assembly manuals, or need some minor change, parts during in beta-stage early access after having assembly manuals will usually go in generally availability within two weeks.

Oitswilliam Pang is making content on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, non-stop, and so publishing models through GitHub, MakerWorld and other model site platforms. There are exclusive content made for the followers of Oitswilliam Pang. Exclusive content includes but not limited to alpha-stage early access, current Klipper-ran printers' configuration files and spectate anywhere in Sheer Dedicated Server in Minecraft. Please refer to Alpha-stage early access section. This will not change to paid donator perks if ever available.
