Prusa CORE One+ build - 9 hours of build and suffering

Oitswilliam Pang hosted a birthday livestream in Facebook YouTube on June 17, that's when Oitswilliam's birthday is in. Oitswilliam tried to build Prusa CORE One+ as quickly as he wants and as an attempt to beat the factory standard.

Since 2020, there is no easy birthdays. All birthdays are either just worth nothing or fully enthuastic around the industry.

Schedule, as this is not the one-stop plan, that's too easy.

Pre-livestream, even followers can't see it

  • 9AM - get the cake
  • 11AM - meetup

Livestream

  • 1PM - play tabletop game that got aborted.
  • 1:15PM, within or earlier - Prusa CORE One+ build speedrun time!
  • The livestream lasted till the very next day, and then needed fixes. Good thing is the fixes are very quick.

Here's the logs of my build. I never used M3x4r (non-Torx version) of them, so it might be why there is a missing screw hole. The M3x4r is mounted on the bed expansion joint but I never seen it. Might fix it as soon as I can.

I made the panel upside-down, trying to think that the beams are the fault. That was later been fixed. The same apply to the Y axis pulley.

HD Desiccant is now available in Printables.

Included mods

I tried to install the community mods but it overshot. By the way, they will be included within short period of time.

Some personalizations were done, including MMU / AMS PSU and board cover with NFC mount. THe best best part of the board cover is it ditches the requirement of adhesive with the snap-on in the cover.

I added the top panel handle cap and floating dampener feet mounts just because.

  • June 16, 2026 - Ya all know that I didn't realize Facebook became assholes by limiting livestream capability to pro accounts and pages to at require least 100 followers, unrigged startups can't get it, it's all your fault, but that is really selfish-ass, so you guys aren't the fault. There's no doubt that Meta is using livestream reserve for AI [ __ ]. I USED TO BE ABLE TO LIVESTREAM MY GAMES THRU FACEBOOK BUT THEY FORCE ME TO YOUTUBE.
